Subject: a fix for global lens flare

Mike suggested that I copy the lens flare .IFX file from disk 1 or 2
( I saw one on my disk 1) over the .IFX file in the effects/global 
directory.  I will try this tonight...Thought I'd pass the info along.

A backup of the old file would be a good idea.
